On behalf of select commercial properties owned by CAPSTAR clients in Dallas, we are pleased to present the second annual Winning Properties program. Working with our clients, leasing agents and the brokerage community, the 2010 program increases awareness for participating properties and establishes a unique incentive program for attracting prospective tenants and closing leases.

Program Details

Brokers who close at least 10,000 square feet of lease transactions for participating properties in 2010 will qualify to attend an all-expense-paid trip to The Resort at Pelican Hill on the Newport Coast, California in May 2011. This exciting program provides a tremendous incentive to achieve maximum occupancy rates for client properties across the Dallas region.

All brokers who meet the qualifications will be flown with one guest to The Resort at Pelican Hill for a three day weekend to attend the annual Winning Properties Incentive Program Gala on Saturday night. Accommodations will be made at the renowned five-star Newport Beach, California resort, where the broker and his or her guest will stay Friday night through Sunday morning.

A tradition for Dallas brokers will continue at this highly rewarding event. The award is non-transferable and non-redeemable at a cash value. Transaction(s) can be for new, renewable, or expansion RSF. Terms of closed transaction(s) must be five (5) years or greater.
