Bret has over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and maintains an active involvement in the leasing, management and acquisition support activities conducted on behalf of CAPSTAR clients. John has over 20 years experience in operations, project management, engineering and property management for a diverse portfolio of office buildings and mission critical facilities. Trey was recently named the Top North Texas Office Leasing Broker of the Year for 2008 by the Dallas Business Journal. Hutcheson averages over 20 transactions a year and has completed over 1.2 million square feet of transactions valued at over $240,000,000. As a Technical Operations Manager, Mark Kennaugh has responsibility for the operations and engineering services for CAPSTAR clients owning mission critical facilities. Mark currently oversees the construction and operations at 3000 Skyline Dallas. In 2005, Mark led the teams for CAPSTAR managing the Digital Realty Trust portfolio in Phoenix, Chicago, St. Louis, Houston, Austin and Dallas.
Prior to joining CAPSTAR, Mark spent 25 years with Jones Lang LaSalle and was one of the founding members of COAB (Critical Operations Advisory Board). He has completed due diligence and site assessments for Home Federal Savings, Bank of America, AT&T, EDS, Equifax, Coca Cola, General Motors and the First National Bank of Detroit. Mark started, operated and commissioned data centers for Prudential Home Mortgage, First Bank, Merck, Fidelity Investments, Janus and multiple Digital Realty Trust data centers. Mr. Kennaugh holds an Associate of Environmental Control degree from the Community College of Denver.
As Vice President, Group Manager, Jennifer McGrory is a team leader and has responsibility for all aspects of property management and construction, operations and maintenance for multiple assets within the CAPSTAR portfolio. Jennifer brings extensive experience from managing a wide variety of commercial office and high-rise properties during more than 14 years of property management covering the Dallas and Chicago markets. Ms. McGrory holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
Prior to joining CAPSTAR, Jennifer spent 10 years in Chicago's CBD as a General Manager for The John Buck Company, Tishman Speyer and MB Real Estate. She also spent two years in the ORE/Special Properties Group of Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco on dispositions of commercial properties.
John Patterson is one of the founding partners of CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services. As Principal, John has responsibility for co-leading CAPSTAR's property management group, directing property teams, achieving client operating objectives and overseeing construction management services. John also has responsibility for CAPSTAR's data center and mission critical assets. John has over 20 years experience in operations, project management, engineering and property management for a diverse portfolio of office buildings and mission critical facilities. Mr. Patterson holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. John is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), BOMA and NAIOP.
Prior to forming CAPSTAR, John was Senior Vice President of property management services for the Houston office of Jones Lang LaSalle.

As a General Manager, Linda Phillips has responsibility for all aspects of property management, including the development of asset business plans, budgeting, operations, construction management and property team leadership. Linda brings extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial office property with more than 24 years commercial real estate management experience in the Dallas market. Ms. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science from LeTourneau University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas. Linda is currently serving her third term on the Board of Directors for BOMA Dallas and is a member of the Dallas IREM chapter. Linda has also earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designations.
Prior to joining CAPSTAR, Linda worked for 8 years as a General Manager for Equity Office Properties. She managed a one-million square foot project that was recognized as a BOMA International Office Building of the Year in 2004. She spent one year as the Manager of Real Estate for Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth and 10 years as a Property Manager for Transwestern.

Ms. Saldivar holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University and has earned the BOMA President's Award for her service to the Benefits Committee. Deborah also achieved her RPA designation through BOMA.
Prior to joining CAPSTAR, Deborah spent 8 years as a Property Manager for Equity Office Properties and 4 years as a Property Assistant and Assistant Property Manager with the Trammell Crow Company.
As a Senior Vice President of Management, Brian Summers has responsibility for co-managing the property management group, directing property teams, achieving client objectives and overseeing construction management services. Brian is also responsible for the LEED certification process for CAPSTAR and electrical utility contract negotiations on behalf of CAPSTAR clients. Mr. Summers holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ambassador University and is a member of BOMA.
Prior to CAPSTAR, Brian was an Asset Manager with the BGK Group in Santa Fe, NM where he was responsible for the financial and operational performance of a 24 building, 1.9 million square foot multi-state office and office/flex portfolio valued at more than $425 million. He was also Vice President in the property management group at Jones Lang LaSalle for 10 years. Over the course of his career, Brian has led teams that have completed more than 2.5 million square feet of tenant improvement construction and has played a key role in over 25 commercial office-building start-ups.

As Senior Chief Engineer, John Warner co-manages the engineering division and oversees some of CAPSTAR's most significant property renovation projects. John also provides chief engineering services for specific assets within the CAPSTAR portfolio. John has worked in Commercial Real Estate for over 25 years on a wide variety of projects all across the United States. Mr. Warner holds an Industrial Electricity degree from St. John's River Community College.
Prior to joining CAPSTAR, John spent 16 years with Jones Lang LaSalle as a Chief Engineer/Project Engineer in their Technical Services Division.

Greg brings extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial office property with more than 26 years commercial real estate management experience in the Dallas market. Mr Wingate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas. Greg is an active member of IREM and BOMA chapters in Dallas. Greg earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1988 and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation in 2003. Greg is a past president of the IREM Dallas Chapter. Wingate remains active with IREM Headquarters and currently serves on the Legislative and Public Policy committee.
Prior to joining CAPSTAR, Greg was a Senior Property Manager for Taylor & Mathis, Trammell Crow, CBRE and Bradford Management Company.
As Marketing Communications Director, Ashley Kosatka established the in-house marketing platform for CAPSTAR and is responsible for brand management and marketing activities supporting all CAPSTAR business lines. She guides the project leasing teams and their clients through the development of efficient, creative program budgets and execution of strategic marketing plans to maximize cost effectiveness. Ms. Kosatka holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television and Film from the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to joining CAPSTAR, Ashley worked with Simmons Vedder & Company in Austin designing and publishing investor packages for various commercial real estate developments across the nation. She also served for three years as the Hospitality, Sponsorship and Awards Director for Cinematexas International Short Film Festival.

As Vice President and Controller, David has responsibility for the operation and administration of the Property Accounting group. He has 19 years of commercial real estate experience with a wide variety of asset types and classes. David is a Texas CPA, earning his designation in 1994. He won the Accountant of the Year Award from the Travelers Realty Investment Company in 1992.
Prior to joining CAPSTAR, David worked 21 years for Prentiss Properties Trust (now Brandywine Realty Trust) advancing to the level of Controller - Property Reporting. During that time, he transitioned over 100 fee-managed properties and was in charge of reporting for a large joint venture portfolio. Mr. Geishart earned his Associate of Applied Science in Accounting degree from Mid State Technical College and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Dallas Baptist University.
As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Scott Lewis directs all corporate and third party reporting, Human Resources and Information Technology for CAPSTAR. He works directly with the Prinicipals to coordinate new policies and procedures for the company and coordinates all reporting functions. Scott has 25 years of commercial real estate accounting experience in the Dallas and Houston Markets. Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, is a Certified Public Accountant and Member of the Accounting Honor Society.
Prior to joining CAPSTAR, Scott was the Senior Managing Director of Accounting and Operations for Insignia/ESG where he directed all finance and accounting operations for the Central/Southeast region.
